Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how payments are scheduled and how cancellations and refund requests are evaluated.
01Payments
Payment schedules are established by:
- Package terms
- Proposal
- Invoice
- Subscription
- Maintenance agreement
- Statement of work
02Deposits
Deposits reserve production time and may become non-refundable once work begins.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the engagement, including:
- Work completed
- Costs incurred
- Third-party purchases
- Project stage
- Signed agreement
- Applicable law
03Third-party costs
The following are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting plans
- Premium templates
- Stock media
- Plugins
- Software subscriptions
- Email services
- Database services
- Third-party licenses
- Advertising spend
04Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to leads@aidesigngen.com.
Completed work and non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted before determining whether a refund is due.
05Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. No refund is guaranteed after:
- Final approval
- Website publication
- Delivery of final files
- Completion of the contracted service
This is subject to the specific agreement in place and to applicable law.
06Chargebacks
Please contact leads@aidesigngen.com first so billing concerns can be resolved directly.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in suspension of services, removal of access where lawful, collections activity, or legal action.
07Subscriptions
For recurring maintenance, hosting coordination, or support plans, your plan documentation discloses:
- Billing frequency
- Renewal terms
- Cancellation procedure
- Effective cancellation date
- Services that stop after cancellation
Cancelling a recurring plan stops future billing; it does not automatically refund periods already served.
