Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains the difference between technical corrections, content updates, maintenance, redesign work, new feature development, and emergency support.
01Types of work

- Content updates — changing existing text, images, or details.
- Maintenance — routine upkeep under an active plan.
- Redesign work — changing the look, structure, or direction of a page or site.
- New feature development — adding capability that did not previously exist.
- Emergency support — urgent, out-of-schedule response.

04Support hours
Support requests can be submitted at any time to leads@aidesigngen.com. The published support schedule is administrator-configurable and is confirmed in your plan documentation.
05Response times
Standard response target is one to two business days; priority plans target same business day where a priority plan applies.
Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times. Emergency or priority service may require a separate fee.
06Client-caused issues
Repairs resulting from unauthorized client edits, deleted files, changed settings, canceled subscriptions, malware introduced by third parties, or revoked access may be billed separately.
