01Project start

A project begins after the required deposit, initial payment, or written authorization is received. Production time is scheduled once that step is complete.

02Client content deadlines

Clients must provide requested materials — copy, images, logos, credentials, and approvals — within the timeframe stated in their proposal or onboarding process. Missing materials are the most common cause of delayed launches.

03Project inactivity

If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 consecutive days, the project may be paused and production time may be reassigned.

If the client remains unresponsive for 60 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned.

Abandoned projects may require a reactivation fee and a revised timeline.

These timeframes are administrator-configurable and may be adjusted for a specific engagement in writing.

04Deliverables

Deliverables are limited to those specifically listed in the approved scope. Items not listed are considered new work.

05Revisions

Included revisions are determined by the purchased package or signed agreement.

A revision does not include a complete redesign, a new page, a new application, a new integration, or a substantial change in direction.

06Launch approval

Before launch, the client should review and approve:

• Final design
• Contact information
• Pricing
• Service descriptions
• Forms
• Links
• Images
• Legal disclosures
• Mobile presentation

07Post-launch corrections

Technical defects attributable to the original build are corrected within the support window stated in your proposal or agreement.

New features, content changes, third-party failures, and client modifications are not automatically considered defects and may be quoted separately.
