01The authorization you are asked for
"AI Design Gen may display the completed project, approved screenshots, logo, and business name in its portfolio and marketing materials."
Project intake offers two choices, neither preselected:
- I authorize portfolio use.
- I do not authorize portfolio use.
02What is never publicly displayed
- Confidential data
- Customer records
- Login information
- Private dashboards
- Financial information
- Unpublished materials
03Removal requests
Clients may request removal of portfolio materials by emailing leads@aidesigngen.com. Removal is subject to reasonable processing time and to any separate written agreement, including materials already distributed in printed or third-party media.
