Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Websites depend on services that are owned and operated by other companies. This policy explains who is responsible for what.
01Domain ownership
The client should be listed as the registrant or owner of their domain whenever practical.
The client is responsible for:
- Renewals
- Accurate registrant contact information
- Registrar access
- Payment of domain fees
- Protecting login credentials
If AI Design Gen purchases or manages a domain on the client's behalf, ownership and transfer terms are governed by the project agreement.
02Hosting
Hosting may be provided or coordinated through third-party platforms.
Hosting uptime, security, backups, performance, and availability may be subject to the provider's terms and service levels rather than ours.
03Third-party integrations
Projects may integrate services such as:
- CRM systems
- Payment processors
- Scheduling tools
- Email providers
- Analytics
- Databases
- Social platforms
- AI tools
- Maps
- Review platforms
AI Design Gen does not control the continued availability, pricing, policies, or functionality of third-party services.
04Subscriptions
Clients are responsible for maintaining required subscriptions unless their written plan states otherwise.
Failure to maintain a required subscription may cause features — or the entire website — to stop functioning.
05Platform migrations
Moving a website between platforms, hosts, databases, or builders is a separate service unless it is included in writing.
