01Submitting a copyright complaint

A complete notice must include all of the following:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

02Incomplete notices

Notices missing any required element may not be actionable. We may contact you to request the missing information.

03Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

04Repeat infringement

Services may be suspended or terminated for accounts that are the subject of repeat, substantiated infringement complaints.

05Designated agent

A designated DMCA agent and legal mailing address have not been published for this business. Until one is registered, submit notices to the email address above and they will be routed to the responsible party.
